IT’S TIME TO
SWEAT, KELOWNA!

• EVERY SATURDAY @ 9AM •

SUMMIT•UP RUN was created by Dr. Jason and Stephanie Wiebe to help people in Kelowna improve their cardiovascular health and learn functional movement ... while having fun!

Your SUMMIT•UP Coaches have extensive backgrounds in Fitness Coaching, Functional Neurology and Elite Running.

Dr. Jason has been a competitive runner since he was 15 years old and has never stopped training. He loves coaching and has competed at many different levels all the way up to full Marathons. He’s a BCRPA Fitness Instructor and a CADS Level 2 Ski Instructor at Big White. In his younger years, he trained in Natural Track Luge at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary. He’s a terrible snowboarder.

Stephanie has been passionate about fitness and healthy living for many years. As an active mom, she understands the importance of finding that balance between breaking a sweat and finding your sweet spot. For her, it’s not about perfection — it’s about creating sustainable habits that work in every season of life.

At SummitUp, Stephanie creates a welcoming space for anyone who wants to challenge their body, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with others. No competition, just a solid workout to feel good inside and out.

Come run/walk, learn, and connect —you’ll leave feeling lighter in more ways than one.

Together, our Team brings a wealth of knowledge and fun!

We meet in the parking lot at Parkinson Recreation Centre — rain or shine!

Each week starts with a 10–15 minute, powerful and practical talk on Functional Neurology and Movement. You’ll discover simple, everyday ways to move better, feel stronger, and understand how your body is designed to function at its best.

Every session is about connection, learning, and getting your body in motion — one step at a time!

We get our sweat on from 9-10AM. We run or walk (your choice) the beautiful Okanagan Rail Trail together and enjoy the fresh air. All abilities and ages are welcome!
