Our Team is passionate about helping you go after your better story … and we love doing it together as a Team. We called our clinic ‘Summit Chiropractic’ because every mountain has a SUMMIT: a high point we're all invited to keep stepping towards. When it’s hard, when it hurts, when it feels like quitting would make it easier, we keep climbing.
Why? Because we believe we were each created to experience the thrill of the Summit. The view is different at the top, and we're deeply honoured to be the ones who get to guide you there ... towards a much better story.
Madison
Madison is a true, born and raised, Kelowna local. A devoted cat lover, she shares life with two playful fur babies who keep things fun and unpredictable.
With a strong passion for helping others, Madison has built a career rooted in wellness. Her background in the spa industry shaped her appreciation for self-care, balance, and whole-person well-being. She naturally creates a warm, welcoming space where people feel genuinely cared for and supported.

Chris
Chris started as a patient at Summit in 2007 and transformed from a young fitness trainer into a strong, family focused, purpose-driven leader. After joining Team Summit in 2010 as an Exam Specialist, he quickly became a patient favourite for his excellence and quiet sincerity. He became Team Lead in 2013 and now oversees the clinic’s financials outside of clinic hours. Chris is married to Allie, and together they have six young kids.

Dr. Jason
• DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC •• CLINIC FOUNDER •Dr. Jason Wiebe is the founder of Summit Chiropractic and a committed leader in family-centered wellness. He completed undergraduate studies in Arts and in Sciences before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002.
Driven by a deep belief in authentic connection and lifelong learning, Dr. Jason brings excellence and intention to all he pursues. Beyond the clinic, he holds a WSET Level 3 certification (check out his monthly Cork List), serves as a CADS-certified Adaptive Ski Instructor at Big White. He and his wife, Steph, are proud parents to five boys.
Stephanie
Stephanie is an essential part of Team Summit, bringing warmth, creativity, and care to all she does. With a natural ability to make people feel seen and valued, she helps create the welcoming, family-centered environment Summit is known for.
Whether supporting patients, encouraging the team, or adding thoughtful touches to the clinic, Stephanie’s heart is to help people feel at home. She believes every visit should be more than an appointment—it’s a step toward living life fully alive, together.

Our Summit Cleaning Ninja Crew is responsible for making sure the clinic is always in world-class condition so each person gets a ‘dust bunny-free’ adjustment. Noah and Levi are highly trained ‘Cleaning Ninjas’ (actually, they’re both Taekwondo Black Belts in real life) with enthusiastic energy that goes on for days … and days. If you ever happen to stop by while they’re karate chopping dirt you will experience a symphony of singing and a mountain of hysterical laughter. They are the ‘secret sauce’ of Summit Chiropractic.
